Log4Net 1.2.12.0

Hi,

Just wondering if there's any way I can get Topshelf to use the version of log4net we're already using in the application? 1.2.12.0.

I could probably do an assembly policy or something but not doing that would reduce an install step which I'd prefer.

Any plans on doing a release with 1.2.12/13?

Thanks for a great library by the way, really made my life easier.

It's on the latest I believe.
