Is it already possible to define/execute SHACL rules in tbc? (running 5.3 now).

To execute SHACL rules, either wait for 5.4 (beta soon) or use the command line tool of

https://github.com/TopQuadrant/shacl

5.3 came out before SHACL was "finished".
