Built-in Image resizer

When sending image files (,jpg, .bmp, .gif), I often need to manually
resize the images prior to sending as an attachment for the email. If
Gmail allowed you to resize the image as part of the file attachment
process, this would be a huge convenience. It would no longer be
necessary to have a dedicated image resizing program or use PhotoShop
to edit all the photos that are sent as attachments.
