Thưa quý Cha Tuyên Úy, Quý Trợ Úy, quý Huấn Luyện Viên, và quý Huynh Trưởng lãnh đạo cấp Đoàn, Liên Đoàn và Miền.

Con xin gởi lời chào bình an của Chúa Giêsu Thánh Thể và chân thành cầu chúc Quý Cha, Quý Tu Sĩ Nam Nữ và Quý Trưởng tràn đầy thánh thiện, niềm vui, và nhiều hồng ân của Chúa trong mùa Vọng.

Tiếp theo, con xin thay mặt cho Ban Chấp Hành Trung Ương thông báo về Hội Nghị Giôsuê-Ban Chấp Hành trong năm 2018 với những mục đích như sau:

1. Gặp gỡ và nối kết với các thành phần lãnh đạo các Đoàn, Liên Đoàn và Miền trong Phong Trào

2. Cập nhật với những tiến trình hành chánh và huấn luyện hiện tại của Phong Trào

3. Trình bày đường hướng tương lai của Phong Trào

4. Hội thảo và góp ý về những sinh hoạt, hành chánh và huấn luyện tương lai của Phong Trào 

5. Hội thảo và góp ý về chương trình huấn luyện Tông Đồ Đội Trưởng/Đội Phó

6. Bầu cử Ban Chấp Hành Trung Ương, nhiệm kỳ 2018-2022

Hội Nghị sẽ được tổ chức với những chi tiết như sau: 

Địa Điểm: Woodland Christian Camp & Retreat Center; Temple, GA (ATL Airport Code)

Thời Gian: 5pm thứ Năm, ngày 26 tháng 07 đến 12pm Chúa Nhật, ngày 29 tháng 07, 2018.

Thời Hạn Ghi Danh: Xin nộp đơn trước ngày 30 tháng 06 năm 2018.

Lệ Phí Hội Nghị: $175.00 trước ngày 15 tháng 06 năm 2018; $200.00 trước ngày 30 tháng 06 năm 2018; sẽ không nhận đơn sau ngày 30 tháng 6, 2018. 

Điều Kiện Ghi Danh: Là những Tuyên Úy, Trợ Úy và Huấn Luyện Viên (HLV) chính thức của Phong Trào.  Đối với những HLV, Ban Ghi Danh sẽ ưu tiên ghi danh trước cho những HLV chưa được cơ hội tham dự hai Hội Nghị HLV trong năm 2017. Mỗi Đoàn, Liên Đoàn và Miền được ghi danh tối đa 3 thành viên trong Ban Chấp Hành Đoàn/Liên Đoàn/Miền. Những thành viên tham dự với gia đình (vợ chồng và con dưới 18 tuổi) muốn ghi danh, xin liên lạc riêng với Ban Ghi Danh.     

Ban Chấp Hành Trung Ương sẽ gởi ra thông tin về cách thức ghi danh trên mạng cũng như những tin tức về hội nghị trong nay mai.

Vì tương lai của Phong Trào, kính mong quý Cha Tuyên Úy, quý Trợ Úy, quý Huấn Luyện Viên và Huynh Trưởng thu xếp về tham dự hội nghị quan trọng này. Việc tham dự Hội Nghị Giôsuê-Ban Chấp Hành là trách nhiệm của mỗi thành phần lãnh đạo trong Phong Trào. Sự hiện diện của quý Cha, quý Trợ Úy, quý Huấn Luyện Viên, và Huynh Trưởng trong kỳ họp mặt này chắc chắn sẽ tăng thêm sức sống dồi dào cho Phong Trào.

Subj: Joshua-Executive Committee Congress 2018

Dearest Chaplains, Clergy Chaplain Assistants Youth-Leader Trainers, and Youth-Leaders leading Chaplains, Leagues of Chapters and Regions.

As we begin the Advent Season, I extend to you greetings of peace in the Infant Jesus. May your celebration be filled with God’s grace, success, happiness, and abundance blessings.

On behalf of the National Executive Committee, I present to you the 2018 Joshua-Executive Committee Congress with the following objectives:

1. Build relationships and network with other Youth-Leaders leading Chapters, Leagues of Chapters and Regions

2. Update with current administrative and training initiatives of the Movement

3. Present future directions of the Movement

4. Discuss and brainstorm on future administrative and training initiatives

5. Discuss and brainstorm on Team Leader/Assistant Team Leader Training Curriculum

6. National Executive Committee election for the 2018-2022 term

The Congress will move forward with the following details:  

Location: Woodland Christian Camp & Retreat Center; Temple, GA (ATL Airport Code)

Time: 5pm Thursday, the 26th of July to 12pm Sunday, the 29th of July, 2018.

Deadline to Register: Please register before the 30th of June, 2018.

Registration Fees: $175.00 before the 15th of June, 2018; $200.00 before the 30th of June, 2018; will not accept late registration after the 30th of June, 2018. 

Registration Criterion: Official Chaplains, Chaplain Assistants and Youth-Leader Trainers (HLV). For the HLVs, priority will be offered to those who have yet attended the two HLV Congresses in 2017. Each Chapter, League of Chapters and Region may register at maximum 3 members in the respective Executive Committee. Attendees with family (spouse and children under 18 years old) members interested in registering, please contact the Registration Committee directly.      

The National Executive Committee will forward guidance for the online registration along with other logistic information in the near future.  

The National Executive Committee respectfully invite all Chaplains, Clergy Chaplain Assistants and Youth-Leader Trainers to attend this important congress for the future of our Movement. Participation in this congress is the responsibility of all leaders. Your presence at this congress will undoubtedly energize the vitality of our Movement.
