Trích Yếu: Mạc Huấn Luyện Viên Sơ Cấp và Cấp III trong năm 2018

Kính thưa quý cha Tuyên Uý, Trợ Úy, Trợ Tá, Huấn Luyện Viên cùng quý Huynh Trưởng các cấp,

Chiếu theo chương trình sinh hoạt toàn niên của Phong Trào và nhu cầu của các Miền, nay Ban Chấp Hành Trung Ương xin được thông báo đến tất cả quý thành viên của Phong Trào sa mạc huấn luyện Huynh Trưởng Cấp III và Huấn Luyện Viên Sơ Cấp sẽ được tổ chức trong năm 2018 với những chi tiết như sau:

SA MẠC HUẤN LUYỆN HT CẤP III, TIBERIA XII

1. Ðịa Ðiểm: The Holy Family Religious and Retreat Center, Fort Worth, TX (DFW Airport Code if requesting transportation). 

2. Thời Gian: Từ 02:00 giờ chiều thứ tư ngày 06 tháng 06 đến 05:00 giờ chiều Chúa Nhật ngày 10 tháng 06 năm 2018.

3. Lệ Phí: $180.00. 

4. Thời Hạn Ghi Danh: Nộp đơn trước ngày 06 tháng 03 năm 2018 (không nhận đơn nộp trễ).

5. Điều Kiện Tham Dự: (1) 21 tuổi trở lên; (2) Đã có chứng chỉ cấp II ít nhất là 6 tháng; (3) Hiện đang còn sinh hoạt tại đơn vị địa phương; (4) Có chữ ký chấp thuận của Ban Chấp Hành và Cha Tuyên Úy Đoàn.

SA MẠC HUẤN LUYỆN HUẤN LUYỆN VIÊN SƠ CẤP, SINAI XXIV

1. Ðịa Ðiểm: The Holy Family Religious and Retreat Center, Fort Worth, TX (DFW Airport Code if requesting transportation). 

2. Thời Gian: Từ 02:00 giờ chiều thứ ba, ngày 05 tháng 06 đến 05:00 giờ chiều Chúa Nhật ngày 10 tháng 06 năm 2018.

3. Lệ Phí Sa Mạc: $220.00. 

4. Thời hạn ghi danh: Nộp đơn trước ngày 05 tháng 03 năm 2018 (không nhận đơn nộp trễ).

5. Điều kiện tham dự: (1) 23 tuổi trở lên; (2) Ðã có bằng Huynh Trưởng Cấp 3 ít nhất là 1 năm; (3) Có giấy giới thiệu của Ban Chấp Hành và cha Tuyên Úy liên hệ, Ban Chấp Hành và Tuyên Úy Miền, và của một Huấn Luyện Viên.

GHI DANH THAM DỰ SA MẠC

Phần hướng dẫn ghi danh trên mạng qua hệ thống thành viên sẽ được thông báo trong những ngày tới. Để cho phần ghi danh trên mạng được nhanh chóng, xin tất cả chuẩn bị: 

a) Đơn Tham Dư sa mạc tương ứng với sa mạc muốn ghi danh.

b) Bản sao của thẻ căn cước (ID card) cấp từ chính quyền địa phương hoặc liên bang.

c) Bản sao bằng chứng chỉ cấp II hoặc III tương ứng với sa mạc muốn ghi danh. 

Sau khi nhận Đơn Tham Dự, Ban Chấp Hành Trung Ương sẽ duyệt xét và gởi thư chấp thuận cùng những chi tiết về Sa Mạc tới các Dự Tuyển Viên.

Vì lợi ích và tương lai của Phong Trào, Ban Chấp Hành Trung Ương rất mong quý cha Tuyên Uý và Ban Chấp Hành Đoàn cố gắng thúc đẩy và tạo điều kiện cho các Huynh Trưởng và Trợ Tá tham dự và nhất là luôn cầu nguyện cho các sa mạc được thành công.

Subj: Youth-Leader Trainer Level I and Youth-Leader Level III Training Camps in 2018

Dearest Chaplains, Chaplain Assistants, Youth-Leader Trainers, and Youth-Leader of all ranks, 

In accordance with the National Headquarters’ annual calendar of events and the needs of the Regions, the National Executive Committee hereby announce to all members of the Movement the following Youth-Leader Trainer Level I and Youth-Leader Level III training camps in the year 2018: 

TIBERIA XII, SERVANT LEADER TRAINING CAMP LEVEL III

1. Location: The Holy Family Religious and Retreat Center, Fort Worth, TX (DFW Airport Code if requesting transportation).

2. Date & Time: From 02:00 PM Wednesday the 6th of June to 05:00 PM Sunday the 10th of June, 2018.

3. Registration Fee:  $180.00. 

4. Deadline: Apply before the 6th of March, 2017 (late applications will not be accepted).

5. Registration Requirements: (1) 21 years or older; (2) Certified as a Youth-Leader Level II for at least six months; (3) An active member of a local chapter or an executive committee; (4) Approving signatures from the affiliated Executive Committee and affiliated Chaplain. 

SINAI XXIV, YOUTH-LEADER TRAINER TRAINING CAMP LEVEL I

1. Location: The Holy Family Religious and Retreat Center, Fort Worth, TX (DFW Airport Code if requesting transportation).

2. Date & Time: From 02:00 PM Tuesday the 5th of June to 05:00 PM Sunday the 10th of June, 2018.

3. Registration Fee:  $220.00. 

4. Deadline: Apply before the 5th of March, 2017 (late applications will not be accepted).

5. Registration Requirements: (1) 23 years or older; (2) Certified as a Youth-Leader Level III for at least one year; (3) Recommendation letters from the affiliated Executive Committee and Chaplain, Regional Executive Committee and Regional Chaplain and a Youth-Leader Trainer.  

REGISTRATION FOR TRAINING CAMPS

Guidance for the online registration through the membership management system will be announced in the near future. To expedite the online registration process, please prepare the following:  

a) Registration Form to participate in the respective training camp desired to attend

b) Copy of a government issued identification card

c) Copy of a Youth-Leader certificate as specified by the desired respective camp    

The National Executive Committee will review and will inform applicants of their status as well as other logistic information to prepare for the training camps. 

For the future of the Movement, the National Executive Committee asks Chaplains and Chapter Executive Committees to motivate, encourage and create opportunities for Youth-Leaders and Layperson Chaplain Assistants to participate, and to always pray for the success of these training camps.
