The link to download the TLA+ proof system seems to be broken at http://tla.msr-inria.inria.fr/tlaps/content/Download/Binaries/MacOS.html

Please share with me the correct download link.

The correct link is

http://tla.msr-inria.inria.fr/tlaps/dist/current/tlaps-1.4.3-i386-darwin-inst.bin

I'll see that it gets changed on the website too.
