Hi Pam, the frame is in Mount Vernon, WA. I believe the rust is just on the surface but I haven't tried sandblasting. It has two 3500 axles for a total of 7000. I was planning on adding a third. I will be re-measuring soon but from what I can remember the bottom bed is 28, top over hitch 8 and 8 wide to the ends of the flanges.
