Do it yourself 5th wheel frame for sale!

I bought this in the hopes of building a Tiny House but my plans have fallen apart for now. So my ex-landlord wants it out of the back yard. I'm asking 500$ but I'm flexible. I want it to go to a Tiny Houser!!!

Hi Lyn - I am interested in finding out a little more about the trailer you are selling.

Can you tell me where you are located? Also, am I seeing surface rust or does it go deeper? What is the width and length and what is the axle weight?

Hi Pam, the frame is in Mount Vernon,  WA. I believe the rust is just on the surface but I haven't tried sandblasting. It has two 3500 axles for a total of 7000.  I was planning on adding a third. I will be re-measuring soon but from what I can remember the bottom bed is 28, top over hitch 8 and 8 wide to the ends of the flanges.

Oh, that's what I was afraid of! I am in Huntsville, Alabama - clear across the country. I am glad I saw the ad, it got me thinking about a reclaimed 5th wheel but I think it would be more realistic to find one a wee bit closer!
