Hash in url causes refresh loop

Whenever I click on an empty link on the page I'm editing, such as:

<a href="#">something</a>

it changes the navigation url from:

http://whatever/index.html

to:

http://whatever/index.html#

this causes Tincr to refresh the page continuously.

However, if I manually delete the hash character from the URL, Tincr works fine again.

I can reproduce this every time.

I'm using Tincr with XAMPP on Win7, Chrome 31.0.1650.2 m

Same problem. Really annoying.
