When you enable the auto refresh and you try to edit/add a css rule from devtools  the style  rule you are trying to edit disappears and the changes are not saved .

Hi Alex,

Auto-save is the setting that controls if stuff gets saved from devtools. Auto-refresh controls wether outside changes get pushed into devtools.

Hi Ryan ,
Yes I know that.
I will try to write some steps in order to reproduce the problem.

1. Make a html and css file linked to it or use an existing html page .
2. Open devtools and  on Tincr tab make sure Auto Refresh is enabled and you have set Project Type:Http Web server and chosen the right directory.
3. Add a css rule to a css element for example : float:left; Once u added the style (you click somewhere else or you press tab in order to apply the css rule) , the style  float:left; dissapears from the dev tools. If   float:left; doesn't disappear then try adding a second style (example: padding:0; ) below float:left;  and once you will apply it then you will notice that padding:0; will dissapear.

The problem is not always happening on the first element you edit , but it happens for sure on the next ones.

If you disable auto refresh everythink is ok.

I hope it helps.

Auto-save  must be always enabled to see this problem.

Do you have the file open in an external editor? If so, what editor do you use?
