If you like chicken, buy a whole roaster chicken (generally 3-5 pounds) and cook it on high for a few hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 160*. DON'T leave it in all day though, it makes the meat start to fall apart to the point where its texture is like pureed meat. Once it's cooked take it out and take the meat off the bones and remove the skin. Then you have pre-cooked meat for the week/couple days to make burritos/tacos, wraps, salads, ect. with. This is great because the whole chicken is MUCH cheaper than pieces and you get a variety of meat types.
Then if you can take all the bones and liquid left in the crockpot and make chicken stock, which at first seems daunting, but after you do it once you'll see how easy it is. I follow this recipe (somewhat loosely):
http://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/how_to_make_chicken_stock/. Then you've got stock and bits of chicken to make soup! Or chicken pot pie, or whatever you'd like!
Tip: you can also put seasoning in with the chicken or BBQ sauce and then remove the meat from the bone and shred it some more and add more seasoning or BBQ and you've got pulled chicken sandwiches!
