Add the steps to install the tesseract snap to the wiki

I would like to add the instructions to install the tesseract snap to this page in the wiki:

It says that I should get the approval from one of the tesseract developers first, so, can I?

If you have a Linux distro that supports snaps, you can give it a try with:
