Is there a standardized way to transfer the markup from the composer into another backend system eg. a CMS?

There are several approaches to this use case – depending on the CMS / backend system you are using.

In some cases you will build your backend functionality directly within Symfony2 (Terrific Composer). In other cases you will have the sources in the same repository (Git, SVN) as your backend code, which makes transfering quite straight forward.
Sometimes it is even the easiest way to copy the markup directly from the module view.

If you need to export the TerrificComposer markup, css, js etc. as plain templates, there is even a bundle for that: https://github.com/senuphtyz/TerrificExporterBundle
