The Beta Version didn't show the PLAY option. So I had to uninstall the Tencent emulator and then reinstalled it. But then it was the Test version, not the Beta version and again, There is no PLAY option now. What I do now??

Hi i have this kind of problem where my fps drop like from 60 to 30-40 when i use scope with X in some other places.

for example i prone to a grass and try to use scope my game start to stutter bcuz of fps drop and it becomes hard to aim when doing so. .

I'm also having the same problem of Unknown error after updating(states Upgrade in emulator) to version 0.8.0 in the emulator...Tried all the suggestions like Clearing data,cache. I have no Ad blocker on my pc. I uninstalled-reinstalled. Didn't work. It states that: Unknown error. Please Restart your device and try again. Error Code:6889...( Tap cancel to exit game). Believe me i tried doing these at least 5-10 times. Didn't work for me. By the way it took only 1 or 2 seconds for the version to upgrade for a 1.5 GB file to download which is very surprising because the internet speed of mine is around 3 MBps. Please give a solution ASAP.

After I updated the PUBG, it downloaded and updated the game however, there's no SOUND in game. There's a sound playing when I play music through youtube but on PUBG it doesn't work.
Tried increasing TGB volume, checked the Master volume on Audio settings in PUBG, tried plugging in the headset, cleared cached, repair the GAME before logging in to PUBG and still nothing works.
Hope you can help me ASAP.

               Hi, can you help me fix my problem with the emulator? Whenever I click on start to play, it brings me to the loading screen which is pretty normal, but what's not normal is how I'm stuck at that loading screen. When I'm stuck, I can here some sounds like voice chat, but after a few seconds the sounds will stop and I'm still in the loading screen. After a while, it will bring me to a home screen where I can click on the icon of PUBGM to start it and everything will repeat...

I have fix the issue, first change your wifi to other network, i use my phone network for download, after update u can see emulator have with Chines language, u need to change the language in setting emulator to English, and u can see the problem fix. thanx
