Hi all,

our Musac AbProcessor.exe is stuck, keeps running at 100% of a processor core but hasn't processed much since the 13th.

We keep getting copies of it running under various staff user accounts..

Anybody seen this before?

I'm having a dig through the logs, and I've removed very old files from /Preprocessing. We're up to 572 items in /Preprocessing..

Anyone?
Craig

Are you running the MUSAC Classic Service on the hosting server? ABprocessor will automatically run when that service is running rather than a user level.

Just installed it. It then ran it as administrator. But stuck on 25% again.

it's not running under the user accounts anymore, but is getting stuck at 100% of a processor core..

looking in the PreProcessing log it's saying 12:57 on 16/03/2015 Processing file [C:\musac\AB\PreProcessing\PendingA_2015031309554663196.txt] for user 0
12:57 on 16/03/2015 imax = 0 and mycount = 1 and B Lines read = 1

then doesn't move on to the next one..

I've tried removing temporarily the ones it's trying to process, to see if they are crook, but it does the same on the next one..

Hmmm..

Check ab6history database for corruption.

Sorted. It was the main ab6.mdb but had to kick everyone off and unshare and disable remote access. Then open in access. All good.

Thanks for the help
Craig.
