Hi all. Sorry if this has been asked and answered previously. I'm aware that Google is discontinuing the Provisioning API and am fairly sure that this is what GAPS (Google Apps Password Sync) uses. Does anyone know the steps required to move to the Directory API with GAPS. Is it even supported anymore? John

Overall most of the api changes seem to be driven by features / security. There's quite a trade-off with simplicity vs security though. If you are not subscribed to apps update alerts:

I rang Google today - they did not know if the new APIs will be supported by GAPS but it is good to know that at least GADS is going to continue.

I'm still waiting for my update email from Google so if I find out more I will post it here.

Thanks guys. I'll try the new version of GADS. Like you say Tim, hopefully a new version of GAPS that supports the Directory API will be available before April.
