Kamar Conference - Meetup

Is anyone here attending the Kamar Conference in Auckland next week and interested in meeting up to chat techie stuff?

I am heading up from Invercargill.

I have been thinking of organizing a Techies meetup Thursday afternoon next week. Dilworth is about 10min from Ellerslie. Would anyone from Auckland (or anyone from out of town attending KAMAR conference) be interested?

I would be able to move a number of people from conference venue to any meeting. Not sure at this stage what sort of rental car I will have but happy to assist with transport for fellow out-of-towners to wherever meeting is (Lumsden? Brewers Co-op?)

I have a rental SUV so could move some people from conference to Lumsden after last session today, but I will have to drop another attendee off at a motel first.

You can grab a train at the Greenlane station and travel to Newmarket, 2 stops. 7 minute walk at Novotel/Ibis end, 4 minute walk at Lumsden end.
