Mathletics going slow anyone?

Having real issues with a class, halfway through questions it seems to half redraw the screen, the spinning GIF, just waits.

Anyone else have problems with this site ?

we have issues all the time,tests time out, kids finish something and points don't register, teacher recorded all data screenshots etc and got told the usual, minimium specs for machines etc, its the schools network but it was happening from their home connections as well,
definitely server issues at their end

We have a simple CURL monitor from a couple of hosts in Auckland and Sydney. We not seeing any packet loss recorded and an MTR to their Azure endpoint looks ok over the last 5 mins with no loss. Indicatively, this could be a possible server issue verse a network issue. Sydney did have some movement last night with latency bouncing and possibly heading over to the states?

** Please note that this may not be the actual endpoint the App is connecting to once it loads, and need to look into this further to confirm.

Got this back from mathletics, looks like it's their end.

Thank you for your email and sorry that you are experiencing issues with Mathletics.   Are the students using the old or new version of Mathletics and is it only certain activities that freeze.   There are some activities that have not been converted from Flash to HTML 5 (this would show on the student view if is not available).

Then the usual helpful tips like ensuring you're running flash in the chrome browser, deleting cache etc.

How does Chrome support flash now, obviously with Youtube and other video sites moving off Flash lately it would seem Google is making a big push against Flash on the web.

i believe you have to enable it in the settings. i think they do for flash what they, most browsers do for java which is to ask if you want to run it.
