So I got everything in the box, all of the cords run and plugged in and it is very close. For reasons I can't explain one of the two Y channels is not currently, working. On the plus side everything else is working, The spindle control, coolant, dust collection, limit switches, and all other motion. I did a bit of trouble shooting on the Y channel, and it is the driver, or driver wiring, as switching cables moves the problem to the new motor put onto the problem channel.

That's about it.

I looked at the CNC tonight. I found 2 wires swapped on the bad channel. So it should work now. I didn't test it since I didn't remember how to start the software and run it.

It should work but verify the direction is correct.

Great,

Thanks for taking a look Jeff. I think calibrating the spindle should be all that we have left then! If anyone has a digital tach, we could use one, I'm not sure where mine has run off to.

Thanks again.
Pete
