Casting aluminum?

I am going to need to cast a small (~1lb) widget out of aluminum in the next couple of weeks. Still finishing up the wooden pattern.

Before I go through all the effort of making my own foundry furnace, and buying crucibles, and supplies and so on, I figured I would ask here first: anyone have a small aluminum foundry I can use?
