Error message

Dear all,
I'm having the same problem than Yui Hee, genotypic data to not attach
to phenotype and populations structure when joining the datasets. This
results in a error message when running GLM or MLM.

Could you also indicate how to upload a genetic map. Nothing is
mentioned im the User's Guide

Dear Susanne,

I think your problem with GLM and MLM has
been corrected. Please let me know if that's not true.

Regarding genetic maps... I have recently added documentation
(provided by Peter) to the user guide.
