should sent intents be considered as having no guaranty of delivery?

Hello,

In my car mode profile exit task, I'm using a send intent action to shut down Waze:
Waze.stop
 A3
: Send Intent [ Action:Eliran_Close_Intent Cat:None Mime Type: Data: Extra: Extra: Extra: Package: Class: Target:Broadcast Receiver ]

This often just doesn't work, Waze stays running.
I was wondering if broadcast intents could be processed by Android somewhat as UDP packets, without guaranty of delivery.
Could, by chance, exists a way to improve reliability in this area?

If the target is valid they should normally be guaranteed delivered.

But you may be being affected by the same thing as the Plugins bug
(Google App causing huge delivery delays, see sticky thread)

Since it's a "broadcast" intend here, there is no explicit target per se. Anyway I understand that if there is an active process which has registered an intent filter matching the intent, it should always get it.

Could be, tonight, trigger of my "car dock mode" profile (conditions "power connected" and  "bluetooth connected to ...") has been delayed by several *minutes* (approximately 10 and certainly no less).
I always had issues with Tasker reactivity when leaving work, since the phone is switching networks at the same moment (from work wifi to 3G) but never at such a level.

Hope this will be quickly fixed, this is really annoying.

There are some comments related to schedule of Google App updating linked at the
end of the sticky.

Thanks, meanwhile, as advised here  I've reverted to version 7.6.17.16 of Google Apps (unable to find 7.6.17-21 on apkMirror)
Problem is that for me it reverts Google Assistant to Google Now too.
