System tasks don't work

I am already root and tasker is given permission for the task by SU but still is coming with error.

I like to copy a file in the /system/usr/keylayout/ from /system/usr/keylayout/Folder/Generic.kl to replace the generic.kl I have given permission to all files and folders rw-r-r and I have checked the root option on the copy task.I already tried moving the file and deleting but nothing works.

Any ideas what would be the problem?

I tried google for solution but with no success.
