Popup on Delete File If Continue on Error Checked

I thought I read here that a change was introduced on 20/07/2014 in version v4.4u1 to address the popup displayed on a delete file action if the continue on error is checked. On my Android 4.4.2 device with 4.9u4, I am still getting these. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks
