I can't choose USB Tether

Hello,I use Tasker　in Japan,this app is very cool,but I have a problem.
When I choose USB Tether in the task edit,Tasker displays "unavailable on this device".
Of course my device support USB Tethering and I use it always.
My device　is Fujitsu F-02H.
Can I solve this myself?

Doesn't mean it allows apps to change it automatically however.
