Bluetooth Connected is not working

Created Profile State; chose BT Connected; in addresses I chose the bluetooth device. When I connect that device the profile does no become active.

Phone is Moto Z Force Droid.

Below is a scren shot of profile; Attached is the XML of profile.

If it's a very new Android device, you might need to enable 'coarse' location
(i.e. non-GPS).

Also try clearing all the parameters in the BT Connected state to see if
it's a problem with e.g. the address you've specified.

Getting rid of address does not help.
