Usually apps created with tasker include a service and this starts at boot per default.

These apps are compatible with android 4.2?
I can't install in my car dashboard.

Not if you used the current version from the store. Tasker 5.0 and above only supports Android 5 (Lollipop) and above.

You'll have to use the older version 4.9.

I made a simple task that play a 1 second beep using Tasker.
Created the app and installed in a device without Tasker.
Rebooted but not play the beep.

Are you sure that Tasker apps start at boot ?

What's the trigger for your task? A task alone doesn't do anything unless it's called. This can be the use opening the app or a profile acting on a trigger.

If you want your task to run at boot, create a profile and use event - system - device boot.

Something must be wrong here because when export from a profile, the "As App" option is not visible. But when exporting from a task, it is.

You have to export the project. I recommend you use google to find a guide. Would be a lot faster to get you going.

Forgive me for stating what may be obvious, but don't forget you'll need to associate an icon with your task/project before you can export it. Sometimes it's not always clear where the ability to do so is. On the task edit screen it appears at the bottom in the center. I only mention this because it drove me crazy until I located it.
Likewise for a project, you first have to assign an icon to the project, the name of which is along the bottom of the screen (as long as you're not in Beginner Mode); you long press the project's name and are offered that option.

From the User Guide:

Projects

Tasker allows organisation of profiles, tasks, scenes and variables into groups called Projects, each with a separate Project Tab.

The projects tabs are hidden in Beginner Mode.

  • Click on a project tab to switch to viewing only things in that project
  • Long-click on a project tab for options, including adding a new tab. Options can also be accessed by a single click on the selected project tab.
  • Long-click and Select, then drag to a project tab, any items you want to move to that project

The first tab has a slightly special status, it cannot be removed and anything which is not a member of another project is placed there.
