"outgoing call" profile does not work (2SIM MTK 6580)

Hello all!
I have a 2-SIM phone made on MTK6580 chipset.
I'm trying to launch an application on dialing some number.
I've created profile with condition "State-Phone-Call-outgoing call-number 1111" and assigned it to a an action which should end a call and launch an application.
But when I dial that number nothing happens, the phone just dials that number and that's it.
What should I do to make this work?
