I generated new themes with http://jqueryui.com/themeroller

Is there a way to integrate them easily?

You can override this constant in your AppModule : 

configuration.add(JQUERY_UI_DEFAULT_THEME, "classpath:org/got5/tapestry5/jquery/themes/ui-lightness/jquery-ui.css");
