DeviceAttribute.getQuality() should not throw any business exceptions. Must always return ATTR_INVALID instead.

Suggestion: remove manageExceptions("getQuality", false); from fr.esrf.TangoApi.DeviceAttributeDAODefaultImpl#getQuality
