It is now time for round 2 of the 2015-2016 Dissertation Fellowship. Please send the attached announcement to your students. The application site, http://ogaps.tamu.edu/Buttons/Funding-Opportunities/Dissertation-Fellowship will be open until 5pm on Friday, November 6, 2015 and awards will be announced by mid December. There will be no exceptions to this date or time.
