I assume he was pressured to resign, probably with the involvement of
blackmail, as with Justice Kennedy's conveniently-timed "retirement" last
year.

Now Putin gets to appoint the new World Bank president (by proxy).

I don't know what the long term consequences of this will be, but it's a
safe bet it won't mean good news for western liberal democracies.

This is all about Ivanka, who is the search committee for the new World
Bank president because she's a fine piece of ass and a former model who
attended the Wharton School of finance and became a president advisor
and official of state with experience in marketing Trump branded
properties to suckers without actually building anything but still
making a lot of money with trademarks, knockoff designs and whatnot.
