Persistence of vision display

Hello everybody,

I am trying to build a Persistence of vision display that will be used for retro gaming.  Here is a google doc describing the project:

I do this with a friend, we want to make a prototype and then eventually turn it into a commercial product.

We want to hire someone (part time) to help us do the first prototype.  Do you know anybody I could contact?
