I know David a bit over the years, he's been working in Taiwan as a physics researcher just like I was. He's quite interested in the LoRa networking that I'm trying to check out for a long time too, see for example this event:

One correction I have to make, David's not quite interested in LoRa, so apologies to him if I misrepresented his interests.

Still I'm very much interested, and been talking to some LoRa station providers to set one up at the Hackerspace. So still grateful for him to bring these events to my attention.
