Taffy update required after today's Lucee update

Lucee's update today changed the way structKeyExists(server,'railo') works. You'll need to apply
https://github.com/atuttle/Taffy/pull/278
or queryToArray() in resources errors.

If you use JSONUtil, that needs a similar update.

Thanks for the pull request, Tom. It's been merged in and is now available in the bleeding-edge release (e.g. download the master branch).

There's a bunch of stuff waiting to be documented for an official release. Hopefully I can get to that soon.
