There were some technical glitches today but I think all the material
is in the video, including about 10 minutes at the end of no
interaction.

The video connection went away and took about 10 minutes to return so
I could stop the video. That explains the missing material at the end
of the video.

Some people were not able to log-in to the session and left comments
on the video stream site. During the live session I am not able to
monitor that portion of the site or view email.

That is one reason that I start 30 minutes early to give people a
change to address any connection issues before the session starts.

Anyway, things are going reasonably well and the team is making great progress.
