Interesting set of claims. 
Largely presaged by the INCOSE Intelligent Enterprises WG, 2002-2007, c.f., INCOSE-TD-2007-001-01
However, rather than sign up to their ‘principles’ any one will be more successful by applying the tenets of systems in which the focus is on results and resources rather than processes.
This is what ‘designing from right to left’ is all about, c.f. Omega-Alpha Society.
