Remote reference tooling support

Good morning all,

Just an announcement that tooling has been updated to support remote path, model, and parameter references.  That means your swagger-ui, swagger-js, and swagger-codegen can allow for distribution or consolidation of definitions.  Take a look at the swagger-spec for details, or the corresponding versions:

swagger-ui: 2.1.8-M1

swagger-js: 2.1.9-M1

swagger-codegen: 2.1.2-M1

Feedback welcome, and be sure to send any pull requests to the develop_2.0 branches!  Master is clean!
