[Beginner Question] Hosting swagger UI on company intranet

I have been tasked to document already existing APIs. I have decided to go with Swagger. I have understood how to hook up Swagger core in the API source code to access the JSON/YAML file. I am now confused as to how to host the Swagger UI on the company's intranet. One option was to integrate the index.html webpage into the company's intranet but that would mean that the webpage should manually be updated every time. I have the option of hosting the website outside the intranet if it means that the web page will not need to be manually updated every time. I wanted to ask if tools such as SwashBuckle are necessary. FYI Im planning of hosting the Swagger UI (and the index.html) in the same server as the API so as not to include CORS. Am I doing something wrong? Any help appreciated.
