Re-using model with different required properties

Hi Folks,

I have model named "User.java" which is getting used by multiple rest methods like POST and PUT,and in POST method i need field "id" as a required and in PUT method i need same field "id" as optional. Kindly suggest me way for solving my problem

Application : Spring MVC + Rest Controller
