swagger-codegen default_api.py has wrong name

I have macOS sierra and swagger-codegen installed via homebrew.  Version 2.2.2

I didn't know if I should report this here or on github issues. Since I'm exceedingly new to swagger, I'll start with assuming it's on my end.

When I run swagger-codegen, it does not generate swagger_client/api/default.api.py.  Instead, it generates swagger_client/api/_api.py

The exact command I run is:

swagger-codegen generate -l python -o testproject -i http://localhost:8000/api/v1/docs.json

Looks like `tags` is set to empty string.

I would suggest you to start a discussion via https://github.com/swagger-api/swagger-codegen/issues/new so that the swagger codegen community can help you out.
