SunPy 0.6.3 Released

Hello all,

I am happy to announce the release of SunPy 0.6.3 a bug fix release to 0.6.

This version has the following changes:

* Support numpy > 1.10
* Adds new sample data
* Changed start of GOES 2 operational time range back to 1980-01-04 so
data from 1980 can be read into GOESLightCurve object
* Changed the dependency in setup.py from suds to suds-jurko for future
Python 3 support.

This release of SunPy can be downloaded from PyPI or GitHub and can be
installed with pip or conda by running one of the following two commands:

pip install -U sunpy

conda install sunpy
