0.7 Bug Fix Releases

Hello,

I have just finished a very overdue 0.7.5 release, which fixes some
important bugs. To get 0.7.5 out I restricted the allowed versions of
Astropy to 1.0<=astropy<1.3 due to a bug with the merge of wcsaxes into
Astropy.

I believe I have now fixed this bug, and as soon as the patch is merged
I will do a 0.7.6 release which will add support for Astropy 1.3 back.

You can upgrade to 0.7.5 by the usual update methods (conda packages are
not yet available for macos), depending on how you installed SunPy:

pip install --upgrade sunpy

or

conda update sunpy

Rather amusingly, just as I sent this email the macos builds finished
for 0.7.5. So you can now conda update on all platforms.
