Hi all,

We're planning on replacing the current function get_lytaf_events in sunpy/instr/lyra.py.  The new function will have increased functionality and will return the results in an easier to use format (numpy recarray).  It means that any personal code relying on the current version will break, although it should be easy to alter.  But the name get_lytaf_events is the clearest and least confusing description of the new function and the old function is deprecated by the new one anyway.  If there are any objections to this, please let us know so we can take them into account.

Many thanks,
Dan Ryan
