Confused trying to figure out how to make Sublime edit HTML files

Hi all,
I have sublime. I know from the terminal i can execute "subl" to make it run.
From within Sunflower though I can't seem to make it work. I know it's a newby question but I wonder if I could get a push in the right direction?

Am so sorry for late reply. I thought I answered this question. So to make it clear, you want to make it so that pressing F4 opens sublime and edits currently highlighted file?
