Slackpkg+, sbopkg and studiopkg

With help from alienBob we have setup our package repo so it's
compatible with slackpkg+. Instructions for that and sbopkg here:

We will continue to develop sepkg and studiopkg though, but with more
the intent of installing categories or package sets.

Studiopkg has been upgraded to support the new repo configuration. I
recommend upgrading manually:
