Sepkg 4.4.2 Update

Fixes:

Change SWVERSION to 14.2 in sepkg.conf.new.

When specifying -q someapp if someapp does not have a queue file then
it defaults to -i someapp.

Change to the version method to not include a build number.


You will need to update this one manually. After that -l will work
again.
