Bike stolen in front of Oakland Technical High School (Trek FX-3 Black)

At approximately 10:00 am on Tuesday, March 27, a Caucasian male scoped out the bicycles locked to the bike racks in front of Oakland Technical High School. Approximately a half hour later, a Caucasian male returned, pulled out a cutting device from a bag or backpack, cutting through the cord lock on my son's bicycle and he rode off with the bike.
Mr. Fred Trotter, the head of security at Oakland Tech, has camera footage of the theft. He said this has happened multiple times before by the same two Caucasian male perpetrators. Police report has been filed.
