Stolen 2016 Fuji Roubaix 1.0

The house has a side door shared by 3 other units in the same complex where all the trash bins are stored. One of the landlords found the door unlocked at around 9am. It seems that someone saw the door open, walked in and stole the bike between 12am and 9am.

As this is an area that can only be accessed using the key, I did not see the need to lock the bike as I've kept bikes in the same spot for over a year. Public report:
