90's Bridgestone Mountain Bike stolen in Noe Valley

My Uncle had his Bridgestone Mountain bike stolen from his home in Noe Valley last night. It is black in color with lettering in Turquoise, brand new Continental road tires just installed. The bike was attached to a water meter connected to the house with a cable and U lock. I've attached a photo of an extremely similar bicycle. Thank you for looking at my post.
