Alert: On Wednesday, Nov 4, my bicycle (a blue Specialized Globe City 7.1) was stolen from in front of Azil Boutique in Hayes Valley. It was locked to a parking meter with a Kryptonite combination u-lock, and it appears the lock was pried open with a crowbar (or something like a crowbar). This happened between 3-6pm on a crowded business street during daylight hours.
